Big Plans, Small Space Week 10: The Bathroom

Each time we approach our HQ, the sounds of drilling or heavy machinery there to greet us as the gentle layer of dust billows from the door, we wonder what new achievement will be waiting for us inside.

Will there be a new floor? A wall? Some…plug sockets?

The simplest of things have started to take on the heaviest of meanings – soon we’ll have our studio and the creative possibilities are endless.

This week we’ve seen the bare bones of the bathroom being installed. When thinking of the new studio the bathroom might seem somewhat far down on the list to some of you, but not us.

Bathroom interiors are some of the best to explore and with such a small space, it really is exactly the kind of challenge to design that Editor-in-Chief Rachel Khoo and I thrive on.

We don’t want to completely spoil the surprise but just think colourful tiles and a miniature bath we think you’ll all swoon over as much as we have.
