1 young coconut

1 small cup of deep-roasted espresso (instant is fine too)

1 tbsp condensed milk

3/4 of a ripe banana

Ice

Cut the top off the young coconut and pour half the coconut water into a blender. Keep the other half to drink or use for something else later.

Brew one small strong cup of coffee and add to the blender.

Add the banana and condensed milk (optional).
4
Blend all the ingredients together for 20 seconds.
5
To serve, pour the liquid back inside the young coconut, add ice and enjoy.
