A recipe you should always have up your sleeve, the classic salad dressing is ideal for adding flavour to any dish.
All you need is: 3 parts oil, in this case we are using macadamia nut oil, to 1 part cider vinegar. Drizzle on a salad with some salt and pepper and toss.
