Mangia Bene’s Radicchio Salad
Toast the almonds. You can do this in a dry frying pan or in the oven. This will take about 5 minutes.
Roughly slice the radicchio and wash. Place in a bowl with the pomegranate seeds and toasted almonds.
Make the dressing (by combining the liquid ingredients), add to the bowl and mix.
