The Khoollect team was lucky enough to have Eleonora pay a visit to London and whip up a delicious lunchtime feast for five. A calm presence in the kitchen, Eleonora prepared a large array of Italian dishes from her beautiful cookbook: As the Romans Do. We had a chat to Eleonora live on Facebook (you can check out two videos here), and discovered the inspirations behind her book and love of Roman food. Needless to say, it was a tough day in the Khoollect office.
