I’m going with 600 grams. I love pickled foods since I was a kid. At my house there was a lot of canned and pickled foods. My mom has a different teaching style than I do a learning style so it’s very difficult to learn from her. So this book looks awesome for me to try.
550 grams. I love fermented products and the many benefits it has for health! My goal is to one day have a whole cupboard of fermented products, I just don’t know where to begin! Would love to own a copy

I would really like to get into fermenting because it’s part of my Chinese heritage. Every time I visit my grandmother in Malaysia, the house is filled with jars of fermented rice, tofu and soy beans. I would like to learn more about fermenting to carry on this family practice.
I think it is 550gms, Fermented foods is something I’ve seen mentioned before and there health benefits, but I have no idea of where to start, so this book would point me in the right direction and give me inspiration for perhaps coming up with my own recipes.
b) 550 grams
I love yogurt any time of the day. I drank kefir back in the ’80’s and fed it to my kids soon after they started eating solid foods. They grew up healthy!
Thank you,
Ira

My sister and I’ve been interested in trying more fermented foods beyond the basics of kimchi, yogurt, and sourdough bread. We have read that it is very helpful for common digestion problems. I am always up for a new food adventure – Pick me!

600g – I love the taste of fermented foods, kimchi, sauerkraut etc. you should eat some with every meal I’m guessing the book suggests!!!
My guess is b) 550g. I would love to win this book so I could learn all the tricks to fermenting foods! I love anything fermented and love the health benefits that come with them!!
I’ll go 550gm
Most of this year has been an accidental adventure so, whilst watching Judy Joo, I decided to make kimchi (my neighbour called to advise the drains must be blocked) as the red beast spat and hissed at me.
I wanted to explore further so had a couple of sessions with @theholisticchef & Raw Duck in Hackney. We went through kefir, kombucha, pickling…my second attempt at kimchi is a bit heavy on the fish sauce…
I’ll go with 600 grams. I love fermented foods and buy alot (which can get pricey). So I’d love to master this art!!
