My guess is (a). I would love to try the recipes in this book having not had Scandi cuisine before… unless you count the restaurant at IKEA! Plus, who doesn’t love coffee and cake?!

I guess answer (a). I would love to win this for my sister, she and I live thousands of miles apart and miss each other a lot. We both love to bake and she went on holiday to Sweden a few summers ago and fell in love with it. Baking the gorgeous recipes from this book would bring her happy memories of her holiday!

I love baking, especially Scandinavian recipes and have tried a couple of Bronte Aurell’s that have been published on websites or in the papers. Would love to explore more! Her cinnamon buns recipe has been an absolute hit with all my family and friends!

I think the weight of Scandikitchen: Fika and Hygge book is answer a)807 grams.
I would love to win, so I can make the gorgeous cakes and pastries and share them with my family and friends with a cup of coffee or tea. Although Hygge is a Scandinavian cosy time, in Holland it is a similar thing.
As a Northern European (Dutch) girl living in England, I find this cosy tradition important to have a warm drink with loved ones and share my bakes.

I guess B. I’ve had my eye on this book for a while and after just returning from Copenhagen, I’m totalling in love with Hygge & Fika! I would love to recreate the amazing coffee & cake we had on holiday at home for family & friends.

I want to win this book, because I miss the fabulous Scandinavian cakes baked by my lovely friends Anne & Tutte, who worked at the Danish seamen’s church in Hull. I want to bake, eat and reminisce on happy memories!
