I guess answer (a). I would love to win this for my sister, she and I live thousands of miles apart and miss each other a lot. We both love to bake and she went on holiday to Sweden a few summers ago and fell in love with it. Baking the gorgeous recipes from this book would bring her happy memories of her holiday!

I would love to win, so I can make the gorgeous cakes and pastries and share them with my family and friends with a cup of coffee or tea. Although Hygge is a Scandinavian cosy time, in Holland it is a similar thing.
As a Northern European (Dutch) girl living in England, I find this cosy tradition important to have a warm drink with loved ones and share my bakes.

I want to win this book, because I miss the fabulous Scandinavian cakes baked by my lovely friends Anne & Tutte, who worked at the Danish seamen’s church in Hull. I want to bake, eat and reminisce on happy memories!
