In lieu of a trip to Spain, food writer and tapas-fanatic Kay Plunkett-Hogge has got you sorted for dinner parties and shared lunches at home. Her new book ‘A Sherry & a Little Plate of Tapas’ has all the recipes, sherry-pairing tips and visual inspiration you need to have a Spanish experience outside of Spain (whether you share your tapas or not).

About 650 g; but I don’t expect to win at all. I won the last cookbook from Khollect, and they never delivered because I live in the good ole USA! Be aware that they DO NOT allow deliveries to the USA apparently—didn’t even get a follow-up letter about it either……. really disappointed because I love the recipes and the occasional showcast.
