Stoke Newington

Stoke Newington could be described as a little village. With everything you need (shops, cafes and parks a-plenty) it’s hard to leave once you get there.

Yum Yum – Delicious authentic Thai food. You even get to sit on the floor.

The Haberdashery – Great for breakfast or a light lunch.

China Plate Espresso – A friendly and happy place to be, ‘China plate’ is cockney slang for ‘mate’, which makes perfect sense. In contrast to the loose atmosphere, the coffee is amazing and made with precision.

Stokey Bears – A relaxed, kid-friendly burger place whose menu is sweetly named after bears. The veggie ‘Koala Bear’ and fries is my go-to. [P.S. Australian Khoollectors, we realise the Koala is not actually a bear.]

HUB – A carefully curated range of men and women’s clothing.

The Good Egg – Ideal for brunching on a Sunday but notoriously difficult to get into.

The Cobbled Yard – A collection of vintage treasures and oddities.

Prep – For the homemakers among us, Prep is brimming with practical and beautiful kitchen paraphernalia.

Search & Rescue – Vintage gems, candles and stationery. Heaven.

Borough Wines – Craft beers, spirits and wines.
