Those who frequent London’s Soho dining scene will be familiar with Ducksoup, Clare Lattin and Tom Hill’s small restaurant where simple plates are served to the discerning masses. And now, the pair has spun its simple cooking philosophy into words in the form of their new cookbook Duck Soup, The Wisdom of Simple Cooking

With flavours inspired by destinations near and far (think Italy, the Middle East and Scandinavia), the book’s dishes have one thing in common: simplicity. And, for those who’d like to try their hands at creating their own paired-back plates, we’re giving you the chance to win one of three copies of this beautiful book.

Here’s what to do for a chance to win:

  1. Follow @khoollect on Instagram
  2. Comment on our Duck Soup giveaway post (on Instagram) and tell us your favourite ingredient to cook with

And, try out a deliciously simple recipe from the book while you wait to find out if you’ve won!

Ducksoup Cookbook by Clare Lattin and Tom Hill is published by Square Peg.
