This zingy early bird martini by Little Bird Gin is the perfect little post-work elixir after a busy day. It also makes a great addition to your lazy weekend brunch; it’ll add a touch of glam to your dining table and those sweetly perfumed citrus notes will add a bit more bounce to your step.

Early bird martini
Muddle the marmalade in a Boston Shaker.
Add lots of ice to the shaker and the rest of the ingredients.
Shake well and double strain into a chilled martini glass.
