The Khoollect Squad Series: meet Niamh Shields

***Rachel Khoo would like to thank all the inspiring people who helped make the Khoollect studio a hive of creativity. Although the Khoollect studio’s doors have now closed, you can keep up with Rachel’s newest adventures on RachelKhoo.com and on Rachel’s Instagram and Facebook pages – and, continue to enjoy the Khoollect website’s stories and recipes, which will remain available.***

The Khoollect Squad Series is a chance for us to introduce our community to our most-loved digital stars — the bloggers, Snapchatters and Instagrammers  — who are setting the pace on and offline. This squad is online, on point and, now, on your radar too. We think you’ll love the worlds of #thekhoollectsquad as much as we do.

This week, we’d like to introduce you to Niamh, the blogger behind Eat Like a Girl. Why the name? With Niamh, eating like a girl means devouring food that is delicious and full of flavour. She demonstrates this by sharing mouthwatering recipes to cook at home and enjoy with friends and family. While her homecooked recipe inspiration makes us want to get in the kitchen and start cooking up a storm, her travel guides give us an unshakeable case of foodie wanderlust (have you seen her Roman style potato pizza? It’s not to be missed). Proud to eat like a girl and cook like one too, get to know our latest K-Squad recruit …
