After the incredible success last year in Bristol, organiser, chef and general all-round wonder, Romy Gill MBE is bringing Severn Sisters Feast to London’s Borough Market.

This year, on the 4th October, the event will see 11 of the food world’s most exciting female chefs come together to raise money for Action Against Hunger under the arches of Borough Market’s food hall.

So as we’re all about celebrating female talent, especially in the foodie world, we caught up with 7 of the chefs who each shared one of their favourite recipes – one for each night leading up to the feast – so that even if you can’t make it to the event, you can be in on the action.

From Stuffed chillis by Chetna Makan (one of our all-time favourite people) to Orzo salad from the incredible Rosie Birkett, there’s a recipe here for everyone and we’ll be releasing one every day for the next week.

Follow along on our social media or keep watching this page for the links to appear as the week goes on!
