Our recipe for rooibos salted caramel makes for the perfect combination of spicy and smooth when served with good quality, store-bought vanilla ice cream. Whip up a big batch of our caramel goodness and invite friends over for an ice cream and film night. We recommend watching Audrey Hepburn shine as a culinary student in Paris in the iconic film Sabrina (1954).

Place any leftover salted caramel in a sanitised glass jar and it’ll keep for three months in the refrigerator (if it’ll last that long!). Watch the video below to see how it’s made, then check out the recipe and get cooking.
