We at Team Khoollect are big fans of the hybrid result of breakfast morphed with lunch. Not only does brunch allow for a longer lie-in, but it’s an idyllic time of day to catch up with friends and graze on delicious dishes for hours on end. Editor-in-Chief Rachel Khoo shared her top tips for brunching, and here’s the very things to help your picture-perfect brunch plan come to life:

  1. Add a touch of spice to your baked egg dishes with the perfect accompaniment: Hellmann’s Brazilian Spicy Churrasco Sauce.
  2. We like it spread over grilled cheese, but a tangy mustard (try the team’s firm favourite, Maille’s Dijon Originale) will add a little zing to all your savoury brunch offerings.
  3. What’s a piece of crunchy bread without good quality butter? You’ll want to devour this Pepe Saya butter in one sitting.
  4. Presentation is paramount. Pop your brunch dishes in this yellow pot for a sunny splash of colour to set a cheerful tone.
  5. For friends who like a lighter breakfast, this grapefruit knife is a handy tool for a fruity feast.
