Also I love tahini and the flavour of the spices, so I would be delighted if i have this book!
1400 grams. I love trying different foods from around the world.
I reckon 2000 grams. Recently went to a Jerusalem street food restaurant and am now desperate to recreate some of the dishes at home.
My guess is 1400 grams. I would like to win this book as I have heard great things about the restaurant itself, and would love to try their style of cooking! Love to try different cuisines, and I’m a sucker for collecting recipe books
I’m going to say 1400g. Would love to try out some new recipes!

I’d guess 950grams
Having recently started my own catering business based on the middle-eastern food from my tel-aviv-Iraqi roots, I’d love to have this book in my kitchen for both recipe inspiration and to inspire me to keep sharing my love of my culinary heritage because it can be so wonderful and beautiful. I ate at the Palomar when it first opened and had a meal I have never forgotten (pork belly to die for!)- even their stationary was stunning!
c) 1400 grams
I’m so sad that an American address cannot enter the contest…I guess I’ll just buy the book!
I’ll guess b). 950g
I’d love to win it, as it’s been on my mind since the shakshuka etc. teaser in last month’s OFM. I cook a lot of middle eastern recipes, usually from Ottolenghi’s books, so this one really appeals. My fingers will stay firmly crossed!
C) 1400 grams!
I love a new cookbook! I read every word like a dirty novel! I don’t have any that are “inspired by Jerusalem” I would be fascinated to read every blessed word of this new book.
Hello! I’m going to venture (c) 1400 grams, and what lovely shades of blue on the Palomar cover! My kitchen adores the color blue, as it blends well with the pale yellow walls and my blue dinnerware! Palomar would fit right in and inspire me to try some new recipes from Jerusalem! I don’t know much about the cooking from this region, so what better way to learn than with recipes from The Palomar Restaurant team?!! Thank you so much,
My guess is 1400grams
I think 1400g. I’d love to win this book for an English friend of mine who used to live in Tel Aviv in Israel and who loves cooking. She has cooked me many delicious meals inspired by her travels, and this would be a great thank you gift for her and a trip down memory lane for her.
c) 1400 grams
I’d love to learn more about Jewish recipes.
There’s so much flavour inspiration in Palomar – it’s like putting sunshine bathed in rose water, dusted with sumac on a dish. How do they do it? If I win the book, I’ll find out! And what an amazing discovery this will be! Dx
And I think it weighs 950 grams.
I’m going with B. 950gm
950 grams, would love this book
b) 950 grams
Am always inspired to try to cook different dishes, especially from any book with mouthwatering pictures. The range of Middle Eastern delights and blend of modern Jewish food along with wider Mediterranean dishes sounds like a dinner waiting to happen.

Although I think the true value of this new cook book is well over 2kgs in weigh and can’t wait to inspire my 21 year old with ideas and flavours to make him appreciate really good food. Thank you x
1400 gms. And I am sure every gram is worth its weight in gold. Love everything related to food, reading about new cuisines, exploring new cultures…but best of all LOVE seeing happy faces when I serve new and exciting dishes.

Because after Honey & co, the Palomar is the best restaurant! Living so far from London this will allow me to experience Palomar foods more often.
Answer b) 950g
I would like to win the book because creating delicious dishes is one of my favourite pastimes. I’m really into experimenting with different styles of cooking. The way Palomar fuses different cultural cuisines is genius and truly exciting.
I’ll guess 1400g. I would love to try cooking some Jerusalem inspired recipes. I don’t think I’ve ever tried anything like it before. From what I saw in the photo from the article about the book it all looked delicious!
