For any tea and design enthusiast, there is plenty to admire at Postcard Teas. Nestled behind Bond Street in London’s Mayfair, this tea-filled treasure trove offers an array of carefully picked blends from small farms dotted around the globe.
There’s everything from breakfast teas to green oolong, to the more exotic and unheard of. Each is perfectly packaged in a little tin decorated with a vintage postcard – each featuring a uniquely quirky illustration. You can even post an item to a friend via a classic red postbox.
Perusing the dark wooden shelves and choosing your favourite tea can be a tricky task. Luckily the folks at Postcard Teas know the ins and outs of their craft and will happily help with find the one for you. Coffee isn’t the only drink getting special treatment in London!
Every Saturday morning, Postcard Teas host one-hour tasting sessions. This involves cupping teas from the varied and exotic places that owners Tim and Lu have visited and sourced their stock. Complete with illustrated tasting notes, you’ll leave feeling like a tea connoisseur, ready to brew a superior pot at home.
