b) 400g
I’d love to win this book because ist so pretty with so much interesting information inside!
I’m going to go with 400g. I’d love to win because I would really like to start transitioning to veganism but truly I’m stumped to come up with imaginative ways to make my salads more vibrant and fun.
I’n guessing a) 550 grams
I’d love to win this because I never really make salads, and would like to do so a bit more to freshen up some of my heavier dishes 🙂
400g
I’d love to win this amazing book as it looks full of inspiration. I am at home looking after my new baby and I am in need of some serious nourishment!
I would guess this beautiful book weighs 950 grams. I would love to add this book to my collection because I do not have a salad cookbook in my collection. It looks beautiful and I love the title!
My guess is a)550 grams. I would love to win this book because I am heading to college this year after being out of school for 6 years and need some good lunch ideas for the long class days and study sessions!
400g, as it looks fairly slender. I’d like to win as I ‘m looking to gain a little weight for better physical health and would far rather do so by looking for inspiration to round out my salads than just by eating rubbish (There will still be plenty of chocolate!). Hopefully this book would be good for ideas.
b) 400g
I am a huge fan of salads and this book looks like it has some very interesting ideas that I would love to try out.
I’m going with c) 950g!
I’d love to win because my mum has recently found out she’s allergic or has intolerances to so many different things, and I’d like to be able to find interesting meals for her to try 🙂
550 Grams. I’d love to win a copy of the book because I love to cook, but frankly seem to lack the creativity to create my own recipes from scratch. I feel nervous to create a dish completely on my own, and tend to re-create the same dishes over and over again. I love cookbooks because I feel it gives me a place to start. I know it’s going to be a solid foundation from which I can attempt to make small changes or additions in an attempt to “make it my own.”
I am going to guess this beautiful book weighs 400g…
I’m currently carrying a little excess weight from having my first child last year and am now e’s started nursery, I’m trying to focus a little on myself again, my diet has been terrible for ages and I am very interested in converting to veganism. This book looks like it could provide plenty of inspiration.
A) 550. I’ve been following Amber for a long time and I lover her gorgeous work. It’s so inspiring and makes me feel connected to the earth.
400g
I am sure this book is light on weight but heavy on beauty! I would love to win this book because I simply adore real whole food, and Amber’s art using the beauty and colors of nature is simply wonderful!

I’m going to guess 550 grams!
I’d love to win because while living in the deep south in America, the land of fried foods and heavy carbs, I’m trying to start a bit of a food revolution by introducing people slowly to fresh and raw veggies and by letting them know it’s doable, it’s not intimidating and it’s a lifestyle that can also be sustained! So I’d love to have this book out in my living room when friends come around to visit so that they could see how gorgeous and exciting eating fresh can be!

I looooooove the illustrations
I’m guessing 400g. I’m excited to be attending Amber’s supper club later this month and would love to be able to replicate the feast at home for friends afterwards!
