I love eating my greens in a quiche! I mix kale, leeks, and peas for a lovely spring-time taste!!
I love roasting my veggies with a miso vinaigrette!
One word… PESTO!!! You can eat all the pasta and all your greens all in one. What’s better than that? Favourites include avocado pesto, coriander and basil, cavelo Nero and spinach. Yum.
Salads! They’re so versatile.
I love to eat my veggies straight out the grill pan so they are nice hot with truffle butter dripping down the side of my face.
I am not a “greens” lover generally, but when I do eat them… I prefer to them to be well rinsed, dried, and tossed in a garden salad style. Followed by being dressed with either a Ranch or French flavoured dressing. On occasion, I’ll be extremely daring and go with just S & P (giggle). I am in desperate need of a cookbook which will help me to discover new ways to enjoy seasonal foods. HELP!!! CHEERS! X
