The Bread Ahead bakery in the heart of Borough Market is famed for its pillow-soft doughnuts, mastered over ten years by head baker Justin Gellatly. The on-site bakery school aims to share the knowledge and teaches classes on how to make anything from bagels to gluten-free bread.
