I think for me its a smoothy with spinach, apple and avocado. Filling and healthy!
Eggs, the most versatile food you can eat. Poached, scrambled, mixed with veg or my favorite meal at the moment, mexican breakfast huevos rancheros.
My favourite healthy snack is apple and cheese nicely sliced and presented with a few raisins and 2 or 3 savoury cheese biscuits.
A homemade date, cashew, peanut and peanut butter bar. So quick and easy to make! Whip it up in a blender, squidge into bars and place in the fridge! Voila!
My favourite healthy snack are my homemade raspberry oaty bites – they’re delicious and smell amazing!
I’m loving my homemade energy balls at the moment – made with dates, almonds, cacao, tahini, cinnamon and coconut. So delicious!
I also think artisan sourdough bread with homemade pesto, ricotta and fresh ripe tomatoes counts as a healthy snack!

I’m all about the snacks…peanut butter and apple, overnight oats with seeds and frozen berries, toasted brown soda bread with avocado and chilli flakes, greek yoghurt and mango..but I think my favourite would have to Mexican egg muffins-lots of veg, chipotle and black beans. So tasty with a tomatillo salsa. 🙂

I love some homemade tzatziki with crunchy veg (radish,celery,carrots) and I never say no to a fresh mint tea mmm!
My fav snack is avocado on toast, berries with soya yogurt, and pizza with Quinoa crust and basic toppings (tomato, basil, cheese). I made that pizza yesterday for first time and had it cold between meals, not bad at all!
I’m a serial grazer so love a healthy snack! Apple and any kind of nut butter is always a winner with me, or a little pot of edamame beans!

I’m all about the snacks…My favourite would have to be Mexican egg muffins-black beans, chipotle, lots of veg, eggs, greek yoghurt, coriander and served with some tomatillo salsa
Chia seeds with almond milk and red berries. It gives me a lot of energy and it’s so yummy!
I’m a fruit type of person, love to nibble a plum or peel an orange.
For me, snacks are the real chance to be so unconventional (whilst keeping convenience of course). It’s a great excuse to try new things, experiment with flavour combinations & ingredients. Something I wouldn’t risk when preparing a main meal!
And I also like themed snacks: workout snacks, picnic snacks, movie-time snacks.. etc
So for example, our current favourite flavour at home now is Zaatar, so we love Zaatar popcorn for movies & Zaatar roasted nut mixes for post work out..
Dehydrated fruits & veg are also so versatile & yum!
