This taco mix is a deliciously light and easy filling that goes perfectly with crispy spiced taco shells. It’s ideal for using up that jar of tahini and makes a great veggie meal for yourself or your vegetarian visitors. The nutty tahini is a match made in heaven when paired with the acidity of lemon and crunchy veg.
Tip
- For the carnivores out there, add leftover shredded meat to bulk out the meal.
