No question, there are always those mornings that are hard to get out of bed. But one thing I find for certain, if I’m promised a popsicle for breakfast, mornings will be much less of a struggle, I may even jump out of bed!

A breakfast style popsicle is not only perfectly suited to warm mornings but also a speedy dash out the door. Similarly, an afternoon tea snack, or even post-dinner cool down. Or, if you’re looking to change it up a little, there’s my other three popsicle recipes to help out!

Make these the night before and enjoy your little, frozen stash of popsicles wherever, whenever.
