Her blog The Food Club is her creative space where she shares both nutritious and sinful recipes. Where in the world do you live? I live in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Favourite recipe: At the moment it’s my barbecue-cauliflower – they taste so good. Spicy, crunchy and almost healthy.

What do you #khoollect: Cookbooks – I must admit that I have a cookbook fetish.

Favourite film: The Revenant – such a beautiful movie (and I have a crush on Leo).

Favourite book: The Omnivore’s Dilemma by Michael Pollan

Best advice: Not long ago I had the pleasure of meeting Aran Goyoaga – a woman who originally inspired me to start my blog – she reminded me how important it is to stay true to yourself and your personal style – both things I sometimes forget in my busy work-life.
