Big Plans, Small Spaces Week Four: The Waiting Game

The waiting game has begun. As we mentioned last week, we’ve hit a slight bump in the road with our Khoollect HQ renovation project.

The problem with the foundations means that we’ve had to go back to the drawing board and as it stands, things are still be drawn up. As anyone who’s completed a renovation knows, these problems can take time.

However, it’s not all on stand-by. The most obvious change being the big gaping hole in the building…

The wall we once knew and worked lovingly behind is gone to make way for the outdoor extension. The garden space is occupied by a little bit of everything, including the old bath and the ground is about to be levelled.

As always, it’s exciting/slightly intimidating to see what Simply Extend have done in a week. For now, we’re keeping our fingers firmly crossed that next week is the week we get some good news for the Khoollect hq renovations.
