When last did you go dancing in the Trevi Fountain? You may not be anywhere near the cobbled streets of Rome, but why not sit back, brew yourself a cup of tea and snack on a bowl of our jazzed-up popcorn instead. We’re pairing this recipe with La Dolce Vita (1960), because who wouldn’t want to munch on a classic movie snack while watching a classic movie?

Matcha and rosemary popcorn
Heat the olive oil in a large pot on medium.
Add the Tick Tock green tea, sea salt and dried rosemary to the pot with the olive oil.
Heat continuously on medium until it bubbles up.
Add the popcorn kernels and cover with the lid. Wait until the popping sounds have come to halt and remove from the heat.
Pour the popcorn in a bowl and sprinkle matcha powder over.
Serve warm.
