Labneh (the yoghurt you hung overnight in the fridge)

100g Honeycomb (from the Hilltop Honey Company)

½ the punnet strawberries, quartered

30g pistachios

Divide the labneh that you hung overnight between two bowls in an artful swoop. Add the quartered strawberries, a chunk of honeycomb and scatter some pistachios on top. Drizzle with honey that has escaped from the comb.
