Recipe: spiced taco shells

Jazz up those boring store-bought tortillas with a quick and easy spice blend – the perfect way to add that extra little kick to your next Mexican meal.
Tip
- These taco shells will keep in an airtight container for a week.
- Try filling your taco shells with this spicy tahini taco mix.
Spiced taco shells
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F
Place a wire rack in the middle of the oven.
Mix the oil with the spices, and brush the mixture onto both sides of the tortilla.
Hang the tortillas over the wire rack.
Bake for 7-10 minutes or until crisp.
Gently remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then fill with your favourite fillings.
